Congratulations on your decision of taking admission to “Gogate Jogalekar College (Autonomous), Ratnagiri”. Before filling up the request form, please read the following instructions carefully -

1. Fill the form carefully and completely.
2. Keep the mark sheets and other documents ready for reference while filling the form.
3. Keep scanned copies of your XII mark sheet, Junior college leaving certificate, Caste Certificate (for reserved category students) and other documents (if any) ready for upload while filling the form.
4. Keep scanned copies of your recent photo and signature ready for upload while filling the form. This photo and signature will appear on your Identity Card.
5. Photo must be recent and colored with size less than 30 KB and photo must be in jpg format only.
6. Sign on a white paper with a black ink pen in running hand with size less than 20 KB and photo of a sign must be in jpg format only.
7. Other document sizes should not be more than 1 MB and the document must be in jpg, jpeg, png, pdf format.
8. Take a single printout of the application form after final submission and also download the PDF file.
9. Do not change your mobile number. This mobile number will be used for future communication about admission.

"गोगटे जोगळेकर महाविद्यालय (स्वायत्त ), रत्नागिरी " मध्ये प्रवेश घेण्याचे ठरविल्याबद्दल अभिनंदन. सदर फॉर्म भरण्यास सुरुवात करण्यापूर्वी खालील सूचना काळजीपूर्वक वाचा.

१. फॉर्म पूर्ण व काळजीपूर्वक भरावा.
२. फॉर्म भरतेवेळी गुणपत्रक व अन्य कागदपत्रे संदर्भासाठी तयार ठेवावीत.
३. फॉर्म भरतेवेळी १२ वी चे गुणपत्रक, कनिष्ठ महाविद्यालय सोडल्याचा दाखला, जातीचे प्रमाणपत्र (राखीव प्रवर्गातील विद्यार्थी) व आवश्यकतेप्रमाणे अन्य कागदपत्रांच्या स्कॅन प्रति अपलोड करण्यासाठी तयार ठेवाव्यात.
४. फॉर्म भरतेवेळी आपला अलीकडचा फोटो व सहीच्या स्कॅन प्रती अपलोड करण्यासाठी तयार ठेवाव्यात. सदर फोटो व सही आपल्या ओळखपत्रावर येणार आहे.
५. फोटो रंगीत आणि अलीकडील असणे आवश्यक आहे. फोटोची साईज 30 KB पेक्षा मोठी नसावी आणि फोटो jpg स्वरूपात असणे आवश्यक आहे.
६. पांढऱ्या कागदावर काळ्या शाईच्या पेनाने running hand ने सही करावी. सहीच्या फोटोची साईझ 20 KB पेक्षा मोठी नसावी आणि सहीचा फोटो jpg स्वरूपात असणे आवश्यक आहे.
७. इतर डाॅक्यूमेंटसचा साईज 1 MB पेक्षा जास्त नसावा आणि डाॅक्यूमेंटस jpg, jpeg, png, pdf स्वरूपात असणे आवश्यक आहे.
८. फॉर्म भरून झाल्यावर अर्जाची एक प्रिंटआउट घ्या आणि PDF फाइल डाउनलोड करा.
९. आपला मोबाईल नंबर बदलू नका. भविष्यात प्रवेशासंबंधी संपर्कासाठी हा मोबाईल नंबर वापरण्यात येईल.
१०. काही शंका किंवा मदतीसाठी ७५८८२६४३४८ , ०२३५२ २२१३११ या क्रमांकावर संपर्क साधावा .
